About EFT
EFT is taking healing into radically new directions. It was developed by Gary Craig in the United States from Dr. Roger Callahan’s thought field therapy and stems from a combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine, modern Applied Kinesiology, Neurophysiology, NLP and TFT.
EFT is the combination of tapping gently on acupuncture points while focusing on the feelings that bother you. The release obtained is sometimes immediate. This miraculous discovery was made 35 years ago by Roger Callahan. EFT is now in over 40 countries worldwide and 120 cities and towns in the UK alone.
New discoveries involving the body's subtle energies have resulted in EFT being clinically effective in thousands of cases for Trauma & Abuse, Stress & Anxiety, Fears & Phobias, Depression, Addictive Cravings, Children's Issues and hundreds of physical symptoms including headaches, body pains and breathing difficulties. Properly applied, over 80% achieve either noticeable improvement or complete cessation of the problem.

THE MISSING PIECE IN THE HEALING PUZZLE
The re-energising and re-vitalising action of EFT, together with its remarkable ability to lower stress levels, allows the user to relax and function to the best of his or her ability. In addition, physical illnesses or injuries will often begin to heal faster.

Demonstrated on the Richard & Judy Show on UK TV, these groundbreaking tapping techniques are gentle, rapid and extremely effective. It is not uncommon for chronic pain to be considerably reduced in less than half an hour. Similarly, psychological pain such as anxiety, depression and addictions, caused by traumatic incidents or childhood experiences, can often be relieved fully in a single session.
