Lose weight with applied EFT

The EFT view is that weight problems are often caused by emotional contributors, often in early years. Food (like tobacco, alcohol and drugs) is often seen as a comfort which controls the feelings of unease. Regular over indulgence can rapidly become an addiction. Dieting may work for a while but if the old feelings are re-exposed during the diet period, it’s a natural reaction to reach for the comfort of food again. And so the cycle continues - unless EFT is applied to the old feelings. One session is often enough.

Carrying extra pounds often makes a person feel more protected, maybe against cruel words from school mates or office colleagues. Releasing the emotional effect of these traumas gives the body the green light to shed those pounds. Joyce confirms this below.

Client testimonial

I have lost two and a half stone over the past 3 months after the EFT session with you and that's without really trying too hard, so something has certainly changed, it's almost as though I have given myself permission to lose weight!! So many thanks for your help, I am tapping away for myself for all sorts of things. Joyce H
